'Biere' makes beer seem so much more refined: 'Down that bi-ere', 'It's bi-ere o'clock'. But it's not continental vowels etc, that make a good night here. A huge selection of Belgian beers is enough to leave even the stockiest of Trappist monks feeling woozy. Let the staff pull you a tall, cool blonde and settle down to pay it some heady lipservice. A lifetime of seclusion and celibacy looks oddly appealing through the bottom of a glass. The food's good too.
