Clapham Common
The second there's a ray of sunshine in South London, Clapham Common magically turns from green to pink. Why? Because of all the semi-naked sunbathing bodies. Yep, if you fancy watching beautiful Aussies/ex-public school kids flying kites, drinking kegs or playing five-aside – get comfortable. There are also three ponds, a bandstand, café, skating ramps, and the occasional food-fair and music festival (our fave is Ben & Jerry's Summer Sundae, with acts like Echo And The Bunnymen). When the sun sinks, stumble into Windmill, Gigalum or Firefly. Park perfection.
