Not content with owning half the pubs in the land, the Irish are branching out into bars too. This Celtic-cum-retro bar is classy, though, without a shamrock, leprechaun or Guinness hat in sight. The fairly pricey cocktail list does some lovely things with Irish whiskey and the named DJs give the place a super-glamorous party vibe. Come wearing your wings or breastplate and you can re-enact that scene in Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet by eyeing each other up through a fishtank between the ladies and gents loos. Goldfish have never been so horny.
