If you can fight your way through the floral arrangements to a table in this newly refurbed modern European affair, you'll be in for a bit of a treat, as Skylon's got a cracking view of the Thames and the food it serves won't leave you gagging once you see the final bill. Itchy loves nothing more than sipping a cocktail, (ours is a ginger and mandarin bellini, ta) and watching the sun set over the water.
