This subterranean gym will inspire you to wear a sweaty vest, pump iron in the gym, kick someone's mean-looking ass in the boxing ring, plunge slow-motion into the 20m slate-lined pool, sweat like a hero in the steam room and emerge joyous from beneath the beauty therapist's face mask. There are all the usual classes plus the intimidating Hard Core and Fight Klub (substituting Ks for Cs is a sure-fire way to inspire terror). Silver membership entitles you to an enthusiastic high-five with every visit.
