A sultry little basement bar that puts the champagne in the supernova and the port in Portugese. Twinkling lights adorn the low ceilings, polished punters top the high stools, and the nibbles menu sparkles with tempting-sounding titbits that upon arrival are a tad salty, not unlike miniature Findus crispy pancakes with manners; we'd skip 'em, and concentrate on the liquid offerings of the truly outstanding bar people. They're polite and dedicated, and their mixes will leave you impolite and dead. Excellent.
