No, not an obscure historical footnote referring to an ancient Russian battle for democracy, but a popular chain bar that specialises in the serving of fermented potatoes and charging you quite highly for the pleasure. It could be a slightly under-sized car showroom were it not for the seats, but it's open 'til late and if you like a boogie with your fermented potato and Coke beverage then this is somewhere you'll enjoy.
