Just as café owners up and down the country long ago realised the appeal of chips and put them with everything on their menus, so the brains behind Shish have understood that there's no better way to cook something than to stick it on a skewer and roast it to perfection. Taking ingredients from the length of the Silk Road (Italy to Japan for anyone who used to spend geography lessons catching up on sleep), this is pan-world food on a stick.
