Canal 125

Itchy's endless quest for the perfect Sunday roast looked like it might be nearing its climax when someone told us that the roast beef in this place was half an inch thick and that the parsnips were honeyed. A large three level bar/restaurant within spitting distance of King's Cross, Canal 125 boasts comfy sofas and friendly staff with ace grub to boot. There are two rooms upstairs holding 70 and 140 people respectively, and the latter has its own outside dining area. And yes, the roast dinner is superb. Perhaps we can put our search on hold for a while.
