Recruiting five chefs from the same region isn't usually difficult for a restaurant, but when they're all from Sichuan it's a different story. This new restaurant puts most of surrounding Chinatown to shame with its stylish three-storey sex appeal and Yauatcha-blue lighting. We love the Sichuan opera masks beaming out at us while we eat. You might want to steer clear of the 'man and wife offal slices' - ox heart, tripe and tongue, apparently. Bleurgh. Watch out for the hot Eastern dishes too.
