Vegetarians and folk who go soft when they see something furry might want to avert their eyes from the rows of orange skinned ducks in the window. Once you've made it past the water bird carnage though, we think you'll be pleasantly surprised by this place. Not by the decor - that's rank - but it has a totally no nonsense kind of appeal. It isn't somewhere you'd bring a date but after a night at the Odeon with that bird/bloke you've been stuck with for years, it makes a good place to tuck into some hearty Chinese fare. Noodles and rice are good and well priced.
