We all know that vodka is best served ice cold, but apparently that's not enough. So Absolut aficionados will be pleased to hear that the people at Icebar have found the perfect way to keep your drink chilled to the very last drop: they've built a bar made entirely out of ice. The walls are ice, the bar is ice, the seats are ice, the décor is ice, even the glasses are little hollow blocks of ice. The whole thing is kept at -5 degrees, so you won't find the ceiling dripping on your head mid-cocktail, and you get a reindeer cape and mittens to keep the chill out. Bizarre, but truly cool enough to try once. £12 buys you 45 minutes inside, including a free Absolut cocktail.
