Deep

We're responsible people here at Itchy. We worry about our poor aquatic friends being depleted in the sea. Cod stocks are rarely far from our minds, but we do like to tuck into a nice piece of fish. Deep, then, comes as quite a relief. Some of your bill goes to the World Wildlife Fund and there are Marine Stewardship Council logos on the menu next to dishes made from approved fish. Everything's sparklingly fresh, the wine's pretty fantastic and the outdoor tables make it great for a warm evening. It's very expensive, but at least now when your girlfriend/wife/mother wants to go 'somewhere nice with fish' you'll be able to pipe up, 'Hey, I know just the place. Your shout.'
