Red Pepper

Canning Town isn't exactly brimming with flashy places to impress a date and cosy little local restaurants, but this Chinese/Vietnamese joint has something to offer. Mainly the fact that it exists at all. You can eat–in or takeaway – most people seem to do the latter – and the food is good, fresh and very well priced. Portions are generous and service is friendly. All in all –a Canning Town winner. Drop by on your way home from the Hallsville Tavern.
