So cheap you'll think they're taking the piss when they bring you bill. This Highgate Italian is spot–on for big boozy birthdays – there's a room outback to hide you in – and any night out where you're paying. The food's good in a retro old school Italian way with pizzas, pasta and prawn cocktails. Décor-wise it's a step back to simpler times, when a random waterfall pulled the punters in and no one knew what chrome was. Service is unfazed no matter how loud and confusing you get. Boy, this place is good.
