Babushka House

Babushka House looks like it was decked out by someone who was procrastinating while they should have been in the uni library. It's all beads and studenty, sparkly kitsch. The house party atmosphere adds to the living room feel but the place just ain't exciting. Boring house tunes are played by a bloke who looks like someone's mate that got decks for Christmas, they do a mad line in home–brewed spirits and seem to like setting them on fire and the price of the drinks could inspire a hasty exit. Still, it's got a proper local vibe about it so if you're new to the area you'd do well to pop in.
