Salusbury
The Salusbury tends to inspire dramatic declarations. People either love it – like it sprung from their own loins – or hate it with a passion they'd usually reserve for Chris Moyles. It's basically a fancy, boho gastro boozer with excellent food and a smoky bar. There's a separate eating area and rumours of celeb clientele. The barstaff range from OK to too-cool-to-care and the punters muck in as best they can. Clear your own table – if you can find one – and settle in for a night of boozing. If you're eating you'll find service is far better.
