One of those places that has trendy media types gushing about it, yet manages - somehow, thank God - to retain its appeal to the Vietnamese local families who liked to eat there before Hackney became 'cool'. The food is cheap, authentic and good quality and you can bring your own wine - they're unlicensed -. The only downside is that it's continually rammed. Still, the place has got character...it's well worth a visit.
