Satay Bar, The
Atmospheric bar/restaurant frequented by a friendly, mixed crowd of local players, wide boys and glammed–up preppies. The décor is inviting, bar the scary looking Indonesian voodoo dolls nailed to the walls. Food–wise the menu is a mix of Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean offerings. Come here to trade gags with Harry, the charismatic owner/manager whilst supping an appropriately named 'Zombie Killer' cocktail. Just mind the step on the way out.
