An idiosyncratic place, where you always seem to have a slightly better time than you think you're going to. Spot-on music and a hip, young, lively crowd means you'll be unlikely to spend long pondering the apparent absence of both fish and map-reading equipment. The Salmon is not a place for thought, it's a place for serious drinking and feeling smug that you haven't just followed the crowds along Upper Street. We love this place.
